My approach to weddings is to capture all the moments surrounding your special day — the preparation, the little details, the ceremony and the reception. I generally take a photojournalistic approach to weddings, just trying to capture these moments as they happen, so what you’re left with is not just a collection of group photos, but a valuable souvenir of what that day was like.

Wedding Packages
To try and keep things simple, I offer two basic wedding packages.
Deluxe Package: $800
Cost includes photos of wedding party either before or after the ceremony, candid shots throughout the day and coverage of the reception (as long as travel distance isn’t more than 40 miles, for which special arrangements can be made). Package covers five hours of total time. Additional time is billed at a rate of $50 per hour. Approximately 100 proofs are delivered in an album, and the package also includes your choice of four 8x10s, eight 5x7s and a CD-ROM slideshow along with low-resolution copies of all the photos from the day.
Ultimate Package: $1,000
Cost includes photos of wedding party either before or after the ceremony, candid shots throughout the day and coverage of the reception (as long as travel distance isn’t more than 40 miles, for which special arrangements can be made). Package covers seven hours of total time. Additional time is billed at a rate of $50 per hour. The package features approximately 120 proofs delivered in an album, and CD-ROMs containing high-resolution, full-quality copies of all the photos taken that day so the customers can make their own prints without having to order through Jerry Pennington Photography. The package includes a signed statement turning copyright of all the photos over to the customer.
Deposit Policy
For either package, a one-half down deposit is required to hold the date no later than one month before before the wedding. The second half of the payment due the day of the ceremony. In the event of a cancellation within one month of the wedding, the deposit is non-refundable. This is because of the potential that I would reserve your date, and turn down other possible jobs.
Additional Proof Sets
For either package, additional 4x6 proof sets may be purchased at a discounted rate of $75 per set for up to 30 days following delivery of the original proof album. Extra sets are prints only, and do not include an album. After 30 days, prints can be purchased at my regular rates.
